St. Pete is home to classic American architectural styles. During the boom years of the 20's and 30's neighborhoods developed established their unique personalities. More recently, many homes in the neighborhoods have undergone revitalization and upgrades. Beautiful homes in historic neighborhoods are a hallmark of St. Petersburg.

1895-1930. This practical, economical style became one of the most popular in the United States.

1905-1930. A Craftsman house is often a Bungalow, but many other styles can have Arts and Crafts, or Craftsman, features.
